Aims and Scope
Acta Universitatis Matthiae Belii, series Mathematics (shortly, Acta Univ. M. Belii Ser. Math.), was
founded in 1993 and till 2020 it published original research articles and survey papers in selected
areas of mathematics and theoretical computer science. From 2021 it only accepts quality survey papers
(of length at least 20 pages) in selected areas of mathematics and theoretical computer science. Saying
in a pragmatic way, we define the areas of interest of the journal as the union of the areas of interest
of the members of the Editorial Board. Occasionally, valuable survey
papers dealing with applications of
mathematics in other fields can also be published.
Acta Universitatis Matthiae Belii, series Mathematics is covered by Mathematical
Rewiews and Zentralblatt
MATH. The Printed edition ended in 2020 and from 2021 the journal exists only in its electronic
(Online)
edition.
